Clock tells the time and keeps track of the tides in your area.  Black hands tell the time and the red hand tells the tide.  When the red hand is pointing up, that's high tide.  When pointing down, that's low tide.  Lighthouse and rock island protrude slightly from the background giving a 3D effect.  Approximately 12" in diameter and about an inch thick.  Requires one AA battery (not included).
